VCF Missions
At the end of Jesus' time on Earth, he commissioned his disciples to "go out and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded.”
Matthew 28:19-20
In obedience to The Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20), we lead our intergenerational membership in the stewardship of the time, talent and resources granted to us by the Lord to advance the Gospel locally and around the world. We do this by supporting select mission organizations, and their individual missionaries, as they share with the world the hope of Jesus as the Way, the Truth, and the Life, in the context of specific and unique indigenous needs.

Local and Global Missions
Local missions is about taking the church, everything we are and embody with a life in Christ, and bring it to our Valley. There is a huge hurting world that exists right in our backyard, and while some are called to full-time global missions, we are ALL called to be the hands and feet of Christ.

The work revolves around 3 different ministries: A 26-bed in-patient hospice that cares for the sickest-of-the-sick; a 49-bed hospital which provides maternal-child services, general surgeries; and Micah’s House, a temporary home for children under-going cancer treatment and their parents. Kimbilio is a 26-bed facility in Chebaiywa and LRI Hospital is a 49-bed service in Eldoret, Kenya.
